For many of you wedding shoes might seem to be just a small detail at a wedding. Who pays attention to them when they are most of the time hidden under long wedding dresses? Many brides care a lot about their shoes but there are some who don’t find them as important.
I have looked back at the weddings I did with Simon and the variety of shoes was incredible. From trainers, boots to high heels. Some brides wear flat shoes, so that they are not taller than their husbands to be! Therefore, wedding shoes have many functions and can reflect the wedding; the brides’ character and her style. If you are planning a wedding and thinking about what to wear, what shoes to choose and what kind of wedding to have – just remember that this is your wedding and every detail matters. Create, design and select what you want – it’s about you two. If you feel like having boots with red roses on your wedding day – then so be it!
The steps you take when you walk down the aisle are one of the most important ones in your life. In the end, it doesn’t matter what kind of shoes you prefer - just be comfortable, so you can enjoy your wedding day!
